I have spent time as a solo practitioner and then moved on to work at the State Counsel for Offenders in Texas. There I devoted my criminal defense practice to defending inmates in the Texas prison system charged with alleged crimes while in prison. I have handled serious felonies all the way down to misdemeanors. I never looked at my clients as anything other than human beings and have and will always give my all to the advocacy for the humans I represent. The Government may call them "defendant" but that does not describe the person behind that derogatory title. I care for my clients and I care for their justice. I have and always will work tirelessly and fearlessly to protect them and be their voice. I have been licensed for 7-years and have always concentrated my practice in defending those that are accused by the government. Now as a member of the Griffith & Associates team I will bring all efforts and experience to help each and every client navigate the scary situation of being accused of a crime. The Government has a team, so do we. We even the playing field and make sure that each client is treated as a person, not a file. I bring the same desire and effort to be the voice for my client at all parts of the criminal justice system including jury trials. We will not be bullied and we will always stand between our clients and the government, always.
